1. Object of the service
These general service conditions regulate the use of:
- Firenze Welcome Card, personal and free card that allows to take advantage of all the discounts reserved from the accredited commercial partners, until the expiry of the validity established on December 31, 2022. The card is reserved for tourists and visitors NOT residing in the metropolitan area of Florence.
The service, provided by Firenze smart (Silfispa), has as its object the management of the card, which can be requested at one of the accredited collection points. Refer to the relative sections of the website for information.
2. How to request Firenze Welcome Card
To obtain Firenze Welcome Card you must:
- not be a resident of the Metropolitan Area of Florence;
- read these general service supply conditions;
- read the privacy policy;
- give your Name, Surname, Email address, Country to the staff of the accredited collection point.
The collection point will verify possession and truthfulness of the requirements of the user requesting the card.
3. Procedure to pickup Firenze Welcome Card
Firenze Welcome Card is available exclusively in digital format. The card will be sent to the email address issued by the user to the staff of the collection point.
4. How to use Firenze Welcome Card
The customer can use the card, until the expiry of the validity, without limits, showing it in all the accredited partners, whose updated list is published in the specific section of the site.
The benefits of Firenze Welcome Card are also extended to minors under the age of 18, belonging to the family of the card holder.
5. Limits of liability
Firenze smart (Silfispa), in providing the service of Firenze Welcome Card, operates as instrumental body of the City of Florence that independently provided, through a public tender, to regulate relations and offers with the partners to supply the service offered to the holders of Firenze Welcome Card and to
supply to Firenze smart (Silfispa) the list of subjects and discounts to be published. For this reason, Firenze smart (Silfispa) will not be held liable for the methods implemented to provide the afore-cited service. For any claim concerning the supply of the services provided by the partners, users must notify any disservice and/or inconvenience directly to the above listed service operators and notify it, for knowledge, at the following email address supportomusei@firenzesmart.it, in order to allow Firenze smart (Silfispa) to also send a notice to the abovementioned service operators. Firenze smart (Silfispa) will not be held liable for potential direct and indirect damages of any nature, related to the services provided through website www.firenzewelcomecard.it.
