It's an opportunity to promote the recovery of your business. Join the Firenze Welcome Card project for free: it will allow you to enhance your visibility and get in touch with tourists who will return to visit our city. 
You can join the FWC as a business partner, offering a discount, of your choice, on your services or products to the card holders; if you are an accommodation facility, you can become our collection point, creating the Firenze Welcome Card for your customers.

How to join the FWC as a discount partner:

  • Download the tender
  • Read and fill in the attached form and send it to the PEC address direzione.sviluppoeconomico@pec.comune.fi.it indicated in the tender
  • Once your application is approved, we will send you an email to request your business data and your profile will be published

How to become a FWC pick-up point:

Are you an accommodation? Become our collection point, authorized for the delivery of the cards to tourists. It's simple:

  • Send your accreditation request to the email address info@firenzewelcomecard.it
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive your login credentials by email to log in
  • Enter the data of your facility in the appropriate form to complete the membership
